The four-question inquiry and email
The four-question inquiry helps you choose a next step. Completing it does not submit your answers to Firefly or create a loan application. The email button opens a draft in your own email app. Review it and choose Send if you want to email Firefly; opening the draft does not confirm delivery.
Messenger and applications
Our Messenger link opens Meta's messaging service. Information you choose to send by email or Messenger is handled through those services. Review their privacy information and settings.
Use the separate application portal for loan applications and requested financial documents. Review the privacy information shown in that process before entering private financial details. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax documents, credit reports or other private financial records through this public inquiry, email or Messenger.
Optional Google ad measurement
If you allow optional Google ad measurement, Google may receive the page address, IP address, browser information, advertising or cookie identifiers and contact-click events to help measure our advertising. Opening a contact link is measured as a click, not a received inquiry or approval.
You can continue without measurement and change your choice using Privacy settings. Withdrawing permission stops future measurement on this website; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Your choice is saved in this browser when storage is available.
